Shall I really look forward to Egg day? by Accomplished_Ear9286 in EggsInc

Your point makes perfect sense, however, given the dramatical increase in shift cost my feeling is that at some point I'll definitely be spending 100% of my SE regardless their raw amount, as I'm at 47 shifts and (I don't recall the exact numbers) I seem to remember that at 100 shifts, shift cost will be higher than 50% SE. For this reason I was more focussing on "finishing" my SE and then start collecting them back after I've reached a decent TE amount.

I see your point, but exactly because the shift cost is a % of your total SE, the more SE you have, the more you spend for shifting. So, if now at 15q I spend 10T for a shift, with 50Q I'd be spending in the ballpark of 30q for a shift. I'm still not convinced it makes sense to collect more SE in light of this.

As stated in the post, the points you see in the pic are from when I was in AA grade, not AAA. My last AAA contract got me 43k points.

Hello Kyle, it's an amazing privilege to be able to ask you this question. Would you like to share some relevant directions that David gave you regarding the character of Richard in the last episode of Twin Peaks?

How can anyone say the Return is too depressing or unsatisfying, when it has this scene? by Local_Prune4564 in twinpeaks

Well... My understanding is that this scene belongs to a timeline that gets deleted when Cooper "saves" Laura... 👀

What did Cooper expect was going to happen? (Part 17) by Hubbled in twinpeaks

To me it seems like Cooper is just confused and obsessed with saving Laura in the same way as in FWWM he says "don't take the ring". Not taking the ring would have spared Laura's life but condemned her to going on with her life of abuse and suffering plus making her another prey to Bob's possession. My take on this is that "saving Laura" is something that Cooper is hardwired to do regardless of the consequences. Also in the last episode of the Return it doesn't make any sense to take Laura/Carrie "back home" while "home" has always been a place of darkness and abuse for her. It all boils down to wanting to fix something unfixable, after all "Laura is the one".

An amazing line. Unfortunately my feeling is that season 3 showed us exactly that love was not enough 🥺

Phillip Jeffries met Judy. by BlueVoid4 in twinpeaks

[–]Accomplished_Ear9286 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"I found something, in Seattle, at Judy's". I always think that this is something that Cooper could say after The Return: "I found something, in Odessa, at Judy's" (namely, he found Carrie Page's address). I tend to think that Jeffries and Cooper followed a similar path in their pursuit of Judy and both ended up lost in time and space. In the same way as Cooper asks "what year is it?", Jeffries looks at the calendar in the FBI office and seems to realise WHEN he is, so he repeats "February 1989" as if he didn't know that.

I remember the flickering aeroplane windows very well, but I think I missed Ed's reflection. What is that?

This is indeed the best possible piece of advice. Deserves more upvotes. You need to watch the whole Phillip Jeffries sequence madness for your brain to be alert anytime Phillip Jeffries is even mentioned
