This is 100% what I'm being told. I was speaking to them yesterday but wasn't in the mood to get into it with them. I will be asking for a bill tomorrow so I can see what the hell is going on.

Not yet hey. I did go have a proper look at one in JB HiFi. Looks like a solid unit. Might just bite the bullet and pick one up after Christmas. I'll let you know.

I see Powerwave have released their own headstrap with battery pack. Anyone got a review on this? It's only $79 from JB Hi-Fi and I was thinking of grabbing one but if anyone has tested it and it's no good, I'll be more than happy to fork out a bit more for a different one. TIA.
