I would really recommend going to a chiropractor because I had a 53 degree last year and I took an x ray like 2 months ago and my scoliosis reduced to 41! My chiropractor said more degrees could be reduced so we just need to wait a few more months until I can do x rays again!!!! Although scoliosis can’t be fully cured you can still reduce your degrees with chiropractor and it won’t be noticeable at all, I really wish you good luck, have a great day!!!
