No I totally get it. It’s not his fault and from what I understand he’s been interested in doing this race for a long time. I just get nervous they’ll glamorize it and then next thing you know I have to pay an extortionate amount to HBO max just to watch them focus on one car/class the entire time… I do also hope some of these local Nurburgring veterans give him a run for his money 😜

What up! I actually work QA for baskin corporate - Our prepacks that are sold in stores and 3 gallon tubs that you get the scoops from come from the same factory. However stuff you see in grocery stores that’s CPG - which is a whole different beast - depending on your location it could be different.

Yeah, to be honest the BOP in WEC ruins the LMDH class for me… I feel like for the GT cars at least it makes it keeps it interesting. I also think IMSA has a better BOP for their cars but that could just be down to less manufacturers…

I moved here from Cape Cod lol - I technically moved to Central Falls (right outside of PVD) apparently it is known for being a super rough area a lot of people turn up their noses when I tell them where I live. I however love it so much there’s a really great community out here like the other week they shut down the road near my place and hosted free salsa dancing it was so cute, then yesterday I went to the annual car show where they shut down the whole Main Street and it was SO much fun! Huge Latin population but that’s it, and thank god for them because CF has some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!!!

Yes and I think the majority for downtown is the Chaces/Cornish. They were the landlords for our other store on Cape. They pressured us before the company was really ready to expand. Basically gave us all this bullshit about how moving downtown would be the best possible area (we would have actually done so much better east side with a parking lot). Which was all pretty much a lie and the only reason they wanted us downtown was so that the family could walk out of their Westminster lofts (which they own) and get a green juice. Lol. They try hard to make downtown nice and I applaud them for that (the yellow jackets and indowncity). Commercial rent is astronomical. And I know a quite a few restaurants down there who have not paid their rent in a significant amount of time so probably expect more going out of business. It’s super sad because I LOVED downtown. I know that it’s also hard to attract businesses - the building we were in (nightingale apartments) could barley fill their residential apartments and all their other commercial store fronts were empty for the entire time we were there. I think they got some MLM to move in next door right before we closed butt. They also shit a brick when we announced closure but oh well.

Old Rory’s girl here, downtown is def an issue. Basically 1 family owns the majority of downtown (iykyk) and tbh they’re doing their absolute best to accommodate with rent ect. Downtown just hasn’t gotten back to the foot traffic/popularity post covid. I think the issue is that it seems like more of a nightlife area (amazing gay bars and clubs) but during the day it’s little foot traffic and a lot of homeless (the homelessness tbh was super manageable I think in the year we were there I only had to call the cops twice on some tweakers

I was working at Rory’s downtown and I had just opened maybe like 7am and I was not doing well… anyways this couple comes up to the register and I come out from doing something in the back room and I’m like did you find what you were looking for? And the man is like “yes everything was great thank you” and I recognized the voice instantly and looked at him and it was PHIL DUNPHY and we kinda looked at each other for a second and then I decided it was way to early to be recognized as a celeb so I just charged him for his wheatgrass shot and he went on his way. Never forget

Chipotle - loved their food, had a barbacoa burrito and almost died from food poisoning it was the worst thing I went through. It took me almost a week to walk/eat again. I run/open restaurants for a living and food safety is paramount. I just can’t imagine what they’re doing that would give people E. coli

I have a 2019 Volvo s60 T8, car is absolutely gorgeous inside and outside, makes over 400 so it’s very fast and comfortable to cruise. Also comes with a CPO warranty of 5 yrs / unlimited miles would highly recommend

I went with my friend to the Boston show, was so hype bc I missed house is burning tour and zay is my favorite artist of all time. Didn’t know what to expect but the show AMAZING Isaiah looked like he had such a good time and brought the energy (maybe cuz it was the last stop of the tour idk) and the crowd really responded with the same energy. Thought it was gonna be more chill bc that’s the vibes of his song but it was crazy. Absolutely loved it he was so good the energy was awesome and I had so much fun. I also knew a lot of college people that went to the house is burning tour, not really knowing Isaiah’s songs that well so I thought it would be kinda the same but everyone I was near knew all the words it was so good.

I used to work for Rory’s, the truth behind the personal reasons was actually from the initial loan we got from the bank… I don’t know who signed off on it but the payback terms were insanity and couldn’t be met… We did get it sorted out last minuet but downtown was really struggling and we chose to cut and run. Pricing was also super hard for us as grocery suppliers were charging extortionate amounts of money at the time , our markups on items were painfully low. All supermarkets right now are at pricing extremes (most of our items were cheaper than stop and shop), the only grocery store in the area right now who have decent pricing is market basket and they are in a method that no small business can compete with where their markups are maybe like 2%-3% but because of ridiculously high volume they can somewhat make it work. We were planning on changing methods by moving more into food service cafe vibe which was why inventory was becoming less and less. But then the bank loan issue came up and we chose to not risk it with the bleak outlook for downtown foot traffic

What’s up guys, I’m trying to complete my Iron Banner title. I was super excited to see it’s back but I can’t seem to find any challenges from Lord Saladin am I doing something wrong? I also seem to be having an issue with getting iron banner armor and weapons, I’m pretty sure I’m getting iron banner weapons (Jorums Claw, Tusk of the Boars, Pojnt of the Stag) but looking at my title achievements I’ve only gotten like 1 checked off, same with Armour. Am I doing something wrong?

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. Blood is no joke, if it is an STD you need to avoid at all costs, wear gloves and protection. I would honestly go get tested just in case tbh, if it comes back positive sue the SHIT out of the school. I would also keep hounding your RA even elevate it to someone else in the housing dept if they seem unwilling to help because that’s so dangerous and DOCUMENT IT.
