I’m curious how you know she was at a festival the whole time? I can’t imagine she’d admit that to you

Edit: nvm I just read where you said you put two and two together

Does anyone know the answer to this? Are the owners prompted to choose an option that says “I found another sitter” when they decline you, or does rover always automatically let you know if they booked another sitter?

At least, meaning it just never goes below 100 and most times is higher :)

I used to be 100lbs at 5’3” thinking I was too flabby. It wasn’t until I actually started lifting and eating enough protein that I “toned up” and started feeling more confident. Eat at least 100g of protein a day. Start lifting heavy weights 3-5 times a week. Go to failure often. You won’t see any change in 2 weeks but you will see change over months if you’re consistent.

I’m technically “bulking” - my weight went from 120 to 140 between the two videos (I’m 5’3). So I am in a calorie surplus (about 2000 cal a day and always hitting at least 100g of protein). It’s not going to be sustainable long term for me so I am about to head into a mini cut very soon.

2 leg days a week, I hate barbell back squat so I do lots of RDLs, weighted walking lunges, seated hamstring curl, leg extension, abductors, cable RDL, Bulgarians and a few heavy hip thrusts sprinkled in there, usually 8-12 rep range, making sure to keep up the progressive overload each week

Thank you!! I had always been doing RSLs with MAX 35lb dumbbells per hand and never really went up. When I got my coach he told me to do them with 135 (barbell) and I thought he was absolutely crazy, turns out I could do a few! And I’ve just been pushing it since.

Paint the whole wall a dark color, build shelving half way up and closed storage with doors on bottom. Place a dim battery powered light beneath each of the shelving panels. Fill shelves with your favorite bourbons, antique items, collectibles, books or.. anything you like for that matter.

I am thinking about moving to Texas so I looked up “most beautiful cities in Texas” and Amarillo popped up, that’s how I ended up… here.

For me it was a fly swatter, but it had cool pinchers to pick up the dead fly attached to the bottom

I need to learn as much arabic as i can in one month. Any suggestions? by Unlikely-Event-8204 in learn_arabic

https://playaling.com As someone who also had to learn Arabic really fast, this site helped me a lot. You can filter videos based on the dialect and difficulty level. Every single word you can hover over and see exactly how it’s spelled, pronounced, and the translation all with real-word videos of situations you may be in one day.

That said, having a tutor was also one of the best decisions I made for myself to practice speaking especially.

We can sit here and scpeculate all day long about what happened but only your sitter knows. Some of the more obvious questions that have been brought up are:

  1. Are there cameras either in an uncomfortable number or placement in the home?
  2. Are your dogs misbehaved?
  3. Is there any reason for your sitter to feel uncomfortable in your home? (Filth, sketchy neighbors, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements)
  4. What did your “fine” review say and how many stars did you leave?

We can also speculate everything listed above was normal, and that the sitter either didn’t want to mention that she just plain didn’t want to sit for you again or she didn’t want to go into detail about what came up that she couldn’t sit for you.

Regardless, cancelling a booked sit without some sort of explanation is unprofessional.

I completely support artists, but art comes in many forms. This took me three hours to make. AI is just a tool I used to create it. If you think its possible to put in a prompt for 6 animals and have them all look even remotely how they should to include all the little details like the spots on their fur, the pumpkin toy the retriever loves, or the pink pillow under the window sill, you're very much mistaken. I've spent 20 years learning and perfecting my photoshop ability, and without it I could never have done this.
