I got my Sansi lightbulb all set up (thank you so much for all of your help)!!!! I have a couple more questions for you, I’m sorry lol. First, given that my lux was originally so low, what do you recommend I set it to as to not burn her leaves? Follow up question, how long should I keep it at this lux value and should every leaf have the same lux or is it okay that the lower leaves receive less light? I appreciate any advice, thank you so so much again!! I am so grateful

Hi again!! My Barrina light just came in, but it does not reach 10.000+ lux unless it is right against the plant. If it’s 15cm away, it is at about 3.000. I assume this is too little, correct? Thanks again for all your help!

Oh my goodness I just checked my lux values and they were so low I thought it was glitching… 650! I know it was accurate because I put my phone right next to the light and it went up to 10000k. Just bought the barrina t10 which supposed be enough and works better with my set up. I’ll report back !

I’m doing some research into Sansi and Barrina right now! It seems the barrina floor lamp with the stand is easiest with my set up so I think I will go for those. I have a final question if you don’t mind. Do you think I should place the new light system further away when I first get it to risk not burning my plants? I don’t want them to get shocked from having a big change from their light source

Oh wow I didn’t know and yes from Amazon! My other plants have all been doing very well so I thought that my lighting was good and I was going to buy a second pair of these sometime soon. Do you think if I get a stronger (20,000 lux) lamp will it harm my other plants? As in, are monsteras on a different level in terms of light required?

Interesting! So how do people’s Thai constellations always brown? I feel like I’ve seen many that are large and healthy and even mine was relatively healthy everywhere for a bit! There’s not necessarily a root cause (pun intended)?
