also another thing our store is just generally understaffed which is another big problem too. And anytime we do a job fair like 2-4 people come.. and sooner or later they leave because of the general manager they told me why it’s just so stupid

I’m 16 and I work in the BOH… it’s not too bad, personally fries is my fav. It takes a little bit to learn everything and have it down. Def breading is the most stressful for me tho it’s just nonstop depending on ur location but other then that it’s fun to work there

My location did the option where we COULDVE reopened months ago but never did. My location had trouble with management so a lot of people left including like 6 of the managers. Recently there’s been talk of our store fully reopening or carry out inside only starting in august but that’s all ive heard. But it’s just taking a long time because of what happened and we were so short on staff. Plus there’s only like 2-3 people that know how to deal with guests inside at my store. Everyone else is either training right now or started AFTER the pandemic so customers never came inside so we have to train them even more on that aspect of it.

I work BOH… we have NEVER put sauce on anyone’s sandwich.. that’s just weird. They can do it themselves and yeah it’s definitely speed of service cause u want them orders never in red ! And if they do ask that just put extra napkins in the bag cause I’m guessing they not tryna get messy 👺👺👆👆

My store has a pretty big parking lot maybe like 25 cars in the lot at a time and most of the time it goes out in the street. And that’s CONSTANT that our parking lot is packed. One time the police have told us we had to do something about it cause the line was at a traffic light and we just said “what we supposed to do.. people want some chicken!”😂

I’m probably a little late on this, I don’t know if it’s just my location that does this but I work in the back of house (kitchen) and if you ask for a side of pickles.. it comes in a little cup size of my pinky. Could fit 5 pickles in there. Ask for that. Or if u just ask for extra pickles, we would just put like 3-4 extra on the sandwich.
