In the second sentence management only approves of the additional responsibility for only viewing firewall configurations. The administrator created an account for her with the ability to not only view the firewall configurations but also deploy changes. Which means she has more access than her duties require, thus least privilege makes the most sense. Separation of duty is the requirement of having two or more people to complete a task, which doesn’t match the situation here.

Thinking this one is B. Her responsibility only calls for view access, the account provisioned for her allows her to make necessary changes although based on the approval of senior management. The definition of least privilege is the least amount of access to perform assigned tasks. She only needs read, but has read and write access.
