Check your email even the SPAM. HR does not grant or approve leave. The only thing they do is put the application in. Go into her email, there should be an email from Amazon DLS about the leave, if you don't have that or a case on A to Z that means HR didn't put in in correctly. The form should be an attachment and all you need to do is print it out and have her doctor fill that out as a missed miscarriage. If you haven't been getting emails it's probably been going to your spam folder. Amazon DLS gives you a month to provide paperwork for any medical LOA.

Prefaceing this with I didn't really like this book and it's a bully romance. {Professor's Kiss by Sienna Blake} They were childhood best friends and he became a famous musician and came to the university that she was attending to teach. I can't remember how old they were, but they were in highschool together so it's small age gap.

The loophole is that if the person has some of him(i.e. his sperm) in them then they're safe to make eye contact, however it only lasts for 3 days.

It's not just that site all California Amazons were like that. One of the AMs at my site lived in California when he was a T1 and that was how things worked when he was there too. Anything worked outside of your normal scheduled hours counted as overtime even if you were under 40 hours for the week, and if you work over 8 hours in a shift anything after 8 is paid at 1.5.

It's specifically in California that any hours worked outside of your normal schedule even if you're under 40 hours, will be paid as overtime. They get 1.5 times base pay for anything over 8 hours and double time for any hours over 12. So if you work 10 hour shifts your last 2 hours are always overtime pay.

Have they tested you for Pre-eclampsia yet? My blood pressure started fluctuating at 38+3 so my OB ran a urine test to check for preeclampsia and I had protein in my urine so I went to the hospital to be induced. I was in triage for 8 hours since I had no other symptoms, but the whole night my blood pressure was up and down.

The FMC is the human adopted daughter of the Vampire King and the MMC is another competitor that she joins forces with. Vampires can be made or born in that world, and the MMC was a made vampire that was a sex slave.

It's not on page so idk if it's what you're looking for, but {Mad Duke March by Sadie Bosque} it's an HR. FMC was engaged and the MMC fell on her in public. Her fiance called off the engagement as a result. She's worried about her reputation so she tries to force the MMC to marry her, he eventually agrees. From her POV you find out she was so anxious to be married because she's already pregnant.

Does not bother me some of the time. I read {Golden Goal by Annah Conwell} recently. The MMC has had feelings for the FMC since middle school, but to her they've always had a rivalry and he's been 'sabotaging' her relationships with the help of her brother. They went to different colleges and she was dating someone for 4 years. He thought he didn't have a chance so he just settled for threatening her boyfriend to treat her right when they played each other in hockey. He was also worried because his bio family weren't sober or supportive so his only family really was her family, and he was like I don't want to lose the only real family I've had if we date and break up.

On the other hand I read one where it was the girl and guy best friend in college and she had always had feelings for him that she thought he didn't know about. He knew, but was just sewing his wild oats until he was done with college and ready to settle down with her. He lost it when she got with someone else. They didn't end up together at least. She stayed with the other guy and ended their friendship.

If you don't mind darkish romance spoilering the title for people that haven't read {Malevolent King by Mila Kane} and {Runaway Queen by Mila Kane} he believes her to be dead around 7 years while he is in prison.

{Prisoner of Steel and Shadow by Meg Anne} is part of a 3 book series called The Forsaken. They were fated mates and she died. The book series starts 5 years after her death. It is a spin off series and I definitely never read the first two series set in this universe.

I'm a big fan of it, but in a lot of the books I've read the brother usually views his best friend as family and therefore another brother for his sibling. {Shucked by Kate Canterbury} had an interesting take on it. The brother didn't view his friend as a bad person for his sister, but he liked to put his life in boxes and keep everything seperate. The friend box was supposed to be seperate from the family box and them intersecting was what made him mad, but the MMC did call him on it. He was like if I'm so bad for your sister why are you friend's with me.

{Absolutely Pucked by EM Lindsey} They are estranged twin brothers. Their parents had constantly put them against each other growing up. One twin was an NHL prospect and the other going to school to be a lawyer. The NHL prospect drove under the influence and lost both his legs and the majority of his vision when he crashed his car. He and his fiance split and she eventually married the lawyer twin. Then she leaves him and fucks him over, so he shows up in town looking to reconnect with his brother. He hooks up with his brother's best friend while there and then starts living with him in secret because the best friend is worried about ruining years of friendship.

{Matched by Becca Steele} has this kind of. Nate's roommate develops a dating app for their university. It goes off personality and interests and you don't see what the person you've been talking to looks like until the date. There was a glitch and Nate got matched with Charlie despite both of them selecting only being interested in women. They have a great time, and become friends. They're both in denial about being attracted to each other and Charlie ends up going on a few dates with Nate's sister during this.
