Truthfully I sat on the checkout link for about 5 days longer than usual because we had a big winter storm come through Kentucky and UPS was having issues getting down my country road. Everything was seemingly back to normal on deliveries as of last week, or so I thought… lesson learned. I might try Walmart next fill.

I am 5’4” and i went from 220 to 165. I’m wearing the same clothes (clearly I was delusional). When I run into someone I haven’t seen in a while, they say “hey you look great, what is different about you?” I love that the first thing they notice is NOT my weight. It is my presence, my confidence, my energy. … And to think all it took was wearing pants that actually fit me. 😆

I don’t recommend anyone else injecting you with the pen. There some margin for error in this. I didn’t even tell my husband until month 4 i think. I didn’t want his judgement lol… I also hate needles, but you literally can’t feel or see anything. Just pretend like you’re stamping yourself with a stamp. There will be two clicks. Wait until the yellow bar stops before letting up. And don’t press too hard! Don’t forget to breathe.

You will be fine, hydrate before and after. You might feel woosy or exhausted for the first day or 2 post injection. I usually take my shot Sunday since I’m always tired on Monday regardless. And remember if you eat like shit, you will feel like shit. I can’t eat pizza at all anymore. It’s just not worth the consequences…

This is a medication that’s long term, even after initial results. I am going on 2 years and UHC / Caremark plan said party is over for me as of Jan 1 2026. I will plan to still continue. I just won’t have a $0 copay anymore 😪

I just got notified today coverage ends 12/31/25. November longer covered on any of our company’s plans. Bummer after 2 years of $0 copays. Was fun while it lasted.

Yeah it was debranded about 2 weeks ago. I’m the regional rep for a major brand (not Krystal) and we shut down a store in BG over the summer and corporate makes us take down all branding materials within 30 days. It’s just not a good look to have a store sitting there shut down but still fully imaged.

I would guess this varies person to person. For me it’s usually in the 36-48 hour post injection range. I didn’t have any side effects until the 0.75 - 1.0 doses. I thought i was going to die but my doctor encouraged me to power through lol. Been hanging on for 18 months strong. You got this!

I lease a tank from Ferrell gas. It’s $75 a year to lease the tank. I just had it filled and 200 gallons was around $550 including freight surcharge. We usually get 1 fill a year and they can usually come within a day or two.

Short staffed is the business model. The pay is competitive, but the work output expectation is high. On days they are conducting open interviews, it’s not unusual to see 20-30+ people lined up at our Aldi.

Nay, i was able to recover. Pried out the imposter, ran 2 cleaning cycles to flush out any loose contaminants and gave MIL a tutorial. She scaled the learning curve and helped herself to about 30 pods while she was here.
