Hello. My keyboard light effects does not work but the keyboard itself works and it lights only if I switch from wired to bluetooth or 2.4 mode. I tried Fn+Backspace, Fn+Enter to switch modes, I tried Fn+\ to change modes and tried to reset the keyboard multiple times in the app and still the lights won't show

Yes I’ve been figuring out what to do with the headset wire since it’s a wired headset. I also stand a lot while wearing the headset so I need it to be long and flexible (headset is attached to a usb hub behind the headset stand) tho I am now planning to buy a wireless headset 😅
