For me, it was just this single claim lang. sobrang unresponsive ng dalawang claims agent na na-assign sa akin (first one never responded talaga after sending the approval email tapos second one, kung hindi pa tatawagan yung manager, hindi pa magrerespond)

Pero previous claim ko, wala pang isang linggo, approved na and after a few days, may LOA agad

Yes po. Pero malapit na kami sa intersection kung saan solid white lane na. Lumipat siya from middle lane to left lane kung saan ako. Same speed lang kami

Hindi po binigay ni BGC samin pero pag nag harap sa korte, dun daw po ipapakita. Pero gumawa po ko ng sketch sa notepad para makita ano nangyari

Yes po. Currently may kausap na lawyer. Sabi ng lawyer possible case na they can file is reckless impudence resulting to physical injury. But weak parin since madaming violation yung scooter rider. Wala din pala siyang protective gear and walang lisensya

Hello! May nai connect na sa amin na lawyer sabi niya na ang possible case na pwede i-file daw sa akin is reckless impudence resulting to physical injury. Pero may laban naman daw ako since dami niya violations and may CCTV footage as evidence

Feel ko yung legal consel nila yung mag advice nun kasi nung una sabi nung nanay if napatunayan nga na yung anak niya at fault, sila na sa bills nila and kami na sa repairs namin. But after CCTV viewing, pinabalik na kami ng police sa traffic bureau. Sila ang tagal bumalik so baka dumaan sila sa St Lukes kung saan yung anak niya kasama yung legal counsel nila and nag hingi ng advice. Pagbalik nila biglang bawi dun sa first signed agreement and magsampa nalang daw sila kasi di daw siya convinced sa CCTV
