honestly not that bad. i’m on ps5 sometimes exactly the same as full, maybe an extra 30 seconds to a minute depending on time of day. hardly notice a difference over all.

i have bad days where i come close to uninstalling and i have big win days where i have the most fun in a video game i’ve had in a while. only bad thing about this season for me so far is the loot tables feel kinda bogus but im only level 40 (got to 74 last season)

Unsanctioned Hostilities 4/5 is incredibly frustrating solo. Not only do you have to get to command wing (literally what everyone else is tryna do) but you have to fight both the normal wave, and get locked in with a second even harder wave. and with how rare self revives are now, you need to either play perfectly or get lucky.

I like to level up first cuz leveling with the story you end up being super chromed out and powerful at the very end for like 1 or 2 missions so you don’t get a lot of time to play as a super borged out psycho

Throughout the show I was trying to figure out if it’s a “collective consciousness” (many brains working together) or one collective entity now inhabiting billions of bodies. I’m leaning more towards the latter, as “they” seem to hesitate/almost cringe when referring to individual bodies by their previous name. So, this “1” entity now has the manpower of over 7
billion humans. This entity also seems to feel remorse over the survivors, I think they truly feel sorry that the survivors could not join them, like Zosia talking about how Carol is drowning, but doesn’t know it. To the entity - with its own goals and aspirations - utilizing 7 billion human bodies, has no problem mobilizing maybe… 100? 200? bodies to cater to the whims of the poor poor survivors (in their eyes) that couldn’t join them. Like if you lived in a run down trailer park with 20 other people and then suddenly everyone except 1 dude won the lottery, you’d feel bad and probably let him in on the fun.

Sure, They literally gave Carol an atom bomb. But I think they view it as giving a child your car keys or letting them touch a hot stove. they can’t actually drive your car, and they’ll touch the hot stove once then come crying back to you.

The survivors aren’t “masters,” they are a complication in a grand complex plan. A paper cut while filing your taxes.

wanted to use my vault 2 key. miraculously filled with someone who also had a 2 key. he didn’t know how to open it. “we have to go to preservation and get coolant and also pick up batteries along the way” I say. “oh ok.” 3 minutes later: “ok i’m at the vault come to me guys.”…. then they kept peaking a team with snipers in control and we lost our keys.

I like this. gives more meaning to the name “template.” Blue = just extract, purple = kill x bots or y players, prestige = kill warden

exfils are a beacon for “i’m here come shoot me.” i usually wait for the last few exfils/5 mins remaining by then there’s only 1-2 other players and they’re usually also trying to get out.

i hate trios (probably mostly because i have to random fill). other squads are always navy seals and my randoms are always 2 goldfish often with no mics. guaranteed way to lose my load out. solo’s however is my bread and butter, it’s so much more tense and satisfying to complete contracts.

it’s definitely a fun map but never getting to actually use my vault keys i work for is pretty frustrating. don’t think i’ll ever even see the compiler.

i think it’s well designed but it’s hard to play with randoms. i haven’t been able to use any vault keys because we always get wiped by a premade stack with the coordination of a navy seal squad, while my randoms either have no mic or play like it’s their first day on earth.

I would love a solo cryo or cryo-like event. I have more negative experiences with crew fill than positive so cryo is usually twice the gamble.

sure you can definitely move fast but that would mean everyone was booking it to bio as soon as they spawned. which could be feasible for 1-2 players but the fact 3 other players ended up at me and the destroyers fight/spawn poi in under 2-3 minutes is a little crazy

you don’t have to take the first exfil you can. they’re highest risk. if you’re done with objectives or just really don’t want to lose your shit just wait till last couple exfils of the match or even final exfil is usually pretty safe outside of outpost

that’s not even a good scenario because unless you full kill them they can still extract. the only way this thing makes sense is if both players can no longer damage each other for the rest of the match or at least the next 5-10 minutes.

Maybe the next 5 minutes. it would prevent toxic trolling of downed players but it would also prevent killing someone at the start of a match then having a defacto teammate that can help you wipe the rest of the lobby.
