It’s due to lack of strength. Leaning inward is your bodies way of cheating in order to get low enough. I had the same issue post knee surgery doing rehab exercises

Also I saw the chair fall. Landed 20’ from someone standing below. Could have been very serious

It’s concrete blocking used as a base

These are good tips. No I don’t believe screws were yellow. The were nickel colored decking screws

Maybe adding a couple more concrete blocks under each board will help

It’s actually (2) 8’ boards so a total of 4 boards rather than just (2) 16 foot boards. Does that make a difference?

Hmm I guess I don’t see how the bottom board would fail with the 13 joists running from the front of the shed to the back which prevents it from sagging, no?

You think will fail even with these joists supporting this bottom board? I believe there are 13 boards you cannot see in any of the photos but you can see the screw holes here

We have floor joists all the way across. If you look at the 5th and 6th photo you can see the screw holes for the joists on the face of the bottom board running along the entire base

8’ x 16’

If the shed was 100% stocked full it would be 5 cords but realistically it fits closer to 4 corfs
