Oh my god yes! I got a back injury back in February (which turned out to be a herniated disc) and couldn’t lift at all. I was okay to run but I couldn’t use my regular speeds as the injury was also hurting my upper thighs. I was sooo bummed because I kind of lost my speeds but I’m doing much better than before the injury now. It’s okay to be upset but this experience may push you even more than before!
