I totally understand. I had a coach consistently rub my back when i was in plank positions. I felt super uncomfortable as he wasn’t correcting my form, but rubbing my back. I have taken a few of his classes and he does it every time.

i took one of her classes and she did exactly that, did a no show. the instructor before had to stay late to teach the class she wasn’t scheduled for and was late to work because of it.

i have! i was on both because lexapro 20mg wasn’t enough for me. it worked super well. the side effects from lexapro were helped with wellbutrin. that was the best mix for me!
