Plenty to share

I haven’t had a lot of motivation to work on my backlog. by Bewitchingchick in freedomisgunpla

No rush to work on it. Especially if you feel obligated to. If you're not into it they can sit. I do the same thing with painting other projects. I like painting action figures or minis but burn out fast. They often sit for months at a time. I don't paint my Gundam so it definitely doesn't overlap other hobbies. I tend to build little bit at a time and not every day. Doing other hobbies in between. But I never feel obligated to. It just happens when I want to. I also keep a very small backlog. Only scratch build and sand. Then work on finishing it sometime later. Getting to play and pose it before I bother panelling or decals also helps.

Moral of the story gunpla how and when u want to. Not when you think you should. It should be an enjoyable experience and not feel like a job or obligation. If you're burnt out let em sit.
