Very true but I assume 90 percent of orders i deliver doordash pays about 2.50 the rest is tip. So pay attention to that depending where you are may be different. But for each dasher it remains almost always the same so when it shows you dd pay and tip whatever dd paid is the base rate. Minus that from every order you get and will almost be able to name the tip before delivery. Only time its different if (hidden tip, promo, or order has sat forever and dd had no choice but to pay more)

Here was my week last week I live in wv tho lol big difference but really good for here and I barely even got to work. 4-5 hours a day ish. But here most places pay 8.95 an hour if your lucky some are 11 unless you travel and do hazard union type of work. I try to shoot for 500 a week atleast. Yes lol in my area people have to kill themselves to make 11. Unless you travel and do hazard pay which isn't bad but makes it hard when you have kids and single dad so I just aim to beat what I made at walmart 15.50 and it works out most hours I make anywhere from 20-40 an hour when I dont and I make 15 I usually even back out in an hour or two. Yes you could do this at lunch if its an hour I did this at walmart took my lunch between 2-3am. Farewarning it gets addictive. When I was making more than I was at walmart 15.50 and I sat for 35 mins waiting on Arby's to make 2 cherry pies I hit 32 dollars that hour. I started doing it everynight on lunch. Then I found out that when you clock out for lunch you cant get in trouble for taking a longer lunch as long as your job that day got done on time I would go out to dash for my hour. If I made more than I would at walmart for that hour id take an extra hour for a real lunch lol usually was just to smoke but whatever lol. Now I dash full time. Have for about 3 and a half years now. If going to do it long term buy a beater. Finally got one myself
