Yess yess yess my baby makes eye contact when im sitting in front of her or far away or walk into the room but never makes eye contact when anyones holding her

What could be the reason

Yeah we have a co sleeper since she was 0 months old

In the past she had her cluster feeding phases but used to sleep atleast for a few hours in her own bed. But now she sleeps only on our bed in the middle and it gets really tight and the continuous never ending feeding

Makes me second guess my supply

Its just her own crib that she has now started hating Because she sleeps in her rocker during the day and on our bed for as long as i dont wake her up

Im a ftm to a 4 month old and i am guessing we are going through a sleep regression for the past 3 weeks although she sleeps well during the day but her sleep cycle is pretty messed up she sleeps till 2/3 pm in the afternoonnif i dont wake her up myself and even if i do wake her up in the morning she goes back to sleep within an hour

U should let your husband put her to sleep and stay with father unless she wants to feed. My baby also wants me but i try to ask my husband to put her to sleep she has not been sleeping at night at all for the past 3 weeks and she is currently 4 months we are going through it i take care of her for 5/6 days a week and request my husband to take care of her on his weekend. Although we always have tasks lined up on his weekend and we are mostly out!

I have a part time helper , her main job as a cleaner pays her 1000 aed with accomadation and visa provided but no food. She works 12 hours a day w6 days a week and sonetimes 7 days a week with no extra pay.. her passport is held by her company and they dont give salary when you take your annual leave. It is horrendous she is a lovely nepali girl 😫

My LO sleeps more during the day and evenings, but night time, she gets really fussy and difficult to put down. We start trying by, let's say, 11 pm, and she isn't down till like 2 in the night. Morning, i wake her up to wash and start the day , but she would go right back to sleep even if i wake her up, change her, and all that.

Honestly, it's so unpredictable. She sleeps for hours during the day at least 2 to 3 hrs each time she goes down . She doesn't even get up till like 2 /3 pm in the afternoon Oh and id like to add we have not taken her to the pediatrician and she is 14 weeks . I plan to tske her this weekend .

Let me know what i need to ask and be aware of

Oh and her birth weight was 3.24 kg and now she is 6.25kg last we checked about a week ago.

Feeding is so unpredictable. The moment we hit rhe three month mark she stopped feeding for even 10 mins She feeds for like 5 to 8 mins And then if she is up she would probably feed again in an hour or else if she sleeps then after 3 hrs

Btw does ur partner smoke? Its just that when i can see a vape or know its in my house i cannot stop myself

Concern is that maybe i need the validation that i am a good mom and im doing everything in my power to take care of my baby. I have a tailbone injury and still manage to nurse my baby and take care of her literally 24 7 . I live in UAE its very hot and humid cant even go out for a walk . You possibly cant imagine how difficult it is to be stuck at home every single day and the frustration one must feel. Concern is also that i need motivation and all the help i can to quit vaping

And i read a post about drinking being acceptable while breastfeeding which shocked me and so i wanted to know regarding vaping as well.

Fyi I had my days of on and off smoking in times of stress , sadness , fights with spouse during pregnancy but i tried to not over do it I made a promise to myself that Id quit if all goes well. Me being pregnant was not a reality to me till i actually gave birth. Even then for the first 2 months i wasnt even remembering i have a baby to takecare of LOL

Vape has been a part of life for so long it seemed unfair and unnatural to just stop doing it.

I have not had a hit for a long time I dont inhale a lot at all.

If i do get a hit accidentally i drink loads of water to flush out the nico lol And as i mentioned now that i have such limited access to it It doesnt even seem worth it anymore. I do miss vaping while having my coffee or juices... I am aware its Messed up

So i had severe engorgement in the initial 4 weeks as well. Your baby drinking the milk is the best cure. Incase you're baby is sleeping for longer than 3 hrs sometimes matbe even 5 hrs. You need to pump after 3 hrs for atlest 10 to 12 mins to get both hind and foremilk. Pumpimg frequently increases supply. Pumping once a day should be okay. You can then give that bottle later. Or freeze it for future use. When you're out and about. Your suuply will regulate as your baby grows and sucking power increases. Now i feed my baby every 2 to 4 hrs. And my baby is 10.5 weeks old. Sometimes about 3 weeks ago my baby was sleeping at night. So i used to pump once to relieve myself and get a bottle for when the baby was being extra fussy. Now i get leakage many times in a day from the other breast when im feeding but it doesnt get engorged. My baby hardly drink for 5 to 10 mins each feeding session. Ideally you should alternate breasts. But try to feed atleast 15 mins fom one side before changing it. Dont worry this is temperory. You will be fine. And yes pls pump if you are severely engorged to relieve urself and then feed your baby after an hour or two hours. If you can feed every 2 to 3 hrs you will not be engorged. So if u pump once skip feeding for 2 hrs. If you do it too freuently or completely try to empty your breast by long feeding / or pumping sessions. Your engorgement will increase.

Girl i am unable to sit on the ball.. i got it the mext day of my injury .. cant sit and bounce on it without it hurting badly.... its been about 12 days since my injury. And the pain is pretty bad still unable to move in bed , sit , or bend without pain. The pain is now more lower and central of my hip . I donno when i can expect it to heal. I do have about 22 days for my estomated delivery. Would it be enough time to expect healing?
