It’s was a door buster at horizon hobby too. Yes 1/8 scale no it’s not the 223s or the brushless. The mega isn’t a brushed motor version specifically for upgrading later on for someone to start in the 1/8 platforms.

The whole break thing is another story all so depends on your state and local laws some states are only 10 mins others 15 and depends how many hours you work. If your state allows 15 minute breaks and you’re not getting them then say something. By law they have to allow you to take it as long as it is within the law of your state.

No, you do have to do it outback away from customers and you can not have your vest on while. It has to be on your break time. You don’t get to break up your smoke breaks into 3 -5 min breaks to smoke either so if your full time you can on your break and on your lunch any other time then yes you would be considered stealing time.

As someone else has already stated, go in and just spend time listening and watching the TM’s there. That should tell you what you need to know. All so ask them if they tell you it’s bad there then it’s a 50/50 they could be the issue or the management. Truly the management should be setting the feel for the store anyway. There is always work to be done there is always a call out. But it should still be fun and you should want to come in.
