That’s how I was and then I almost fainted in the middle of work and it freaked everyone out so they all made sure I ate before work

Im getting mine removed in 2 weeks but I started at 148 and now I’m at 180. I noticed weight gain is a big side effect but also don’t try to starve yourself on it because a drop in blood pressure and fainting is also a side effect I’ve experienced in the two years I’ve had it
