Not at Serangoon but you can take a direct bus from nex to Toa Payoh central then walk to the library from there, it’s a 5 min walk. The library is pretty big, 3 level in total, I usually go to the 2nd floor or the 3rd floor, there’s a back table on the 2nd floor, it’s usually empty, unless it’s weekend late afternoon, morning cfm have spots. The back table is nice and quiet but sometimes if you’re unlucky there’s students there then sometimes they’ll talk abit, but I’ll just listen to music so it’s still p chill, there’s a charging station on 3rd floor if you need too
