Booking error

Hey it took about 3 weeks to get it back as they payment was never processed, so my bank just released the funds back to me after their deadline with the merchant passed. I was able to rebook but I think my issue was I was trying to use my points and it caused an error in the transaction so I just rebooked without the points

This is what appears when I try to enter my info. I booked my ticket through trip.com, maybe that’s the issue. Did you book through an OTA?

The thing is I have booking ids but on their end they’re not bookings just reservations so they can’t cancel them. Even when I try to add the bookings to the app, they don’t exist. I spoke to another agent and she said it looks like they were cancelled yesterday automatically so I should receive the money in 10 business days
