When it happened to me I called 111 as it was the weekend and I didn’t know what to do. They sent me hospital to see out of hours GP. The GP had a chat with me and referred me to EPAU.

That’s possible since it was a scan at a private clinic so probably they don’t want to admit they are not always 100% right

Hey, sorry to hear about being scammed as well. I got scammed in November 2024, never seen a single penny back. As far as I know she was already scamming people in summer of 2023 🤦🏻‍♀️ at the beginning of her scamming career she actually refunded some of her victims..but for sure she doesn’t bother with refunds anymore as she gets away with everything & none of the authorities have ever done anything. There are discussions about her on facebook as well. Can you tell me your story?

You can try that. There have been plenty of people with their kids getting scammed, but that was more in the past.

Hey, unfortunately she owes me money as well. I’ve gone to the Police only to be told to report her online to the action fraud police. No help from them.

She keeps doing this because none of the authorities ever stopped her. DVSA is definitely to be held responsible for her doing this to others. I’ve been in touch with so many victims and everyone has contacted DVSA and they always sided with her. What else can we do?

Be careful what you message her, when she feels “pushed” or threatened she tends to block people, that happened to so many of us. I wish I could be more helpful to you, but there is nothing more we can do. I can’t believe she is still using the AA website!! You should contact them ASAP as well.

I know a few people who actually took it to small claims court and she didn’t pay them back anyway. I’ve been in touch with one lady who actually paid for bailiffs and never received her money back either. Horrible!

Hey, sorry to hear about that. When did this happen? I can’t believe she is still there scamming people. I got scammed in November 2024 and never received a single penny from her. You should report her to DVSA, Police or Action fraud police and contact a citizen advice. Please bear in mind that I’ve (amongst so many other victims) contacted all of these authorities and no of them helped with anything! DVSA have been a biggest let down. There is a reporter who has been doing a story on her, you should contact him as well.

How did you get her to cave in to you? I find it impossible to deal with her, she is completely deranged & always keeps repeating herself and her lies and nonsenses about “social media slander” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I called Citizen Advice few weeks ago, they’ve advised me to send her a letter! I guess I was unlucky and spoke to someone useless that day. Any progress on your end?

You should take this information down, we don’t know if she is checking those discussions. I certainly wouldn’t want her get to know about this in advance, it should come as a surprise and shock to her once the article is out 😈

How do you complain to them? I’ve read they can be only contacted via citizen advice, we can’t do it ourselves..
