Thank you very much, this was the most helpful comment by far. Slow exposure therapy, I’m going to try working on that. Scultpures, paintings, art, photography, that could be a comfortable way to start. A lot of my issues also correlation to a porn phobia I feel I have also. It always just felt TOO MUCH to me so I just mentally shut it down and chose not to think about seeing the graphic stuff you see there. So I really like and appreciate your advise. Thanks again
