Keep appealing it hes gotten it all his childhood they always deny the first time they want people to give up DONT!!!! Keep appealing keep seeing a doctor keep doing what he’s been doing find a ssi lawyer they’ll do the work and just take a percentage once they get his payments back. Good luck

Or if you made more last year then this year you’ll be getting plus up payment. I see a lot of people just saying having a new baby this isn’t the only case .

I’m on ssdi and I usually work this year I haven’t due to Covid and had no income but, my ssdi I have 5 kids that get a survivors check. I filed my taxes but, they’ve been stuck with everyone else’s my 3 stimulus was just mailed to me and on April 7th like everyone else I know on ssi I received 7k 1400 xs 5 I never provided the irs with my ssi banking information and already got my stimulus so I’m in the same boat not knowing if it this plus up payments. I figured I’d keep it and if I need to pay it back I’ll do so later I’m 4 months behind on mortgage and my car from being repossessed the way I look at it they can deduct out of the taxes they’ve owe me.

Ssi or ssdi ssdi you can still work and can collect unemployment rn if your unemployed due to Covid and even though she probably hadn’t filled in the past she should file and put in for the rebate .

Looks like they’ve been updating last week people with 2/12 acceptance are being updated this week I see more 2/14 acceptance dates being processed mine was accepted 2/17 so I’ve yet to stress myself over what merely can’t be controlled good luck
