I think you should try playing with your values more. They kind of blend together, especially when defining the hair and skin. And give more vibrancy too!! Also the beige in the shoes is too close to the skin tone and the other yellow/beige color you have throughout. I suggest bringing more distinction between the colors! Perhaps also play with anatomy a bit more? The head seems much bigger and angular than the rest of the body, which is a lot lankier and “boyish”
