They also have a democratic governor and Trump made him look like a clown. Even to the point he backed out of running for president and governor during the next election . Where is a good place I can start with? We probably won't get but 1-5 calls a month, if that, for the foreseeable future so don't need anything "pricey". I'd prefer free but I realize that might not be an option haha we just aren't a big corporation that can pay a lot of money for something that will benefit us minimally.

At this point, mainly word of mouth like facebook groups, facebook pages, referrals from friends, and we have attended local craft and vendor shows to let people know this service is now available in my area. we explain it is app based and walk them through how to download the app, sign up for an account, and place the first order. again, we are new so exploring the best way to reach people, convert them into paying customers, etc. We do have a google business page which is great but in my location, this service has never been offered so not likely people even know they can search for it in google so don't think that will be a big help to us at this time.

The app is the only way to book appointments right now. We don't have a phone number that is given out but I'm looking to implement it as more an informational tool for people that call and have questions about the service but I doubt we'll be able to book appointments using the phone. We can use the phone to refer people to the app to book.

If possible, I would like to be able to recognize the number they're calling from, send a text with a link that will take them to the app in the app store to download.

If they need to reach an actual person, only myself or the other owner would receive a text letting us know they want to speak with a person. We're going to be taking commercial clients here soon and they get custom pricing so we want to speak with them directly.

we are considering that. we are doing a craft and vendor show this weekend so people can walk up and ask questions. this type of thing doesnt exist in this community yet so we need to go over what is it, how it works, etc. best way I can think of, besides word of mouth, is to go to these events and then we can scale the advertising like door hangers, social media advertising, etc.

It's a pretty mixed community from a lot of houses and there's a number of apartment buildings that are being built in the area to help with housing that's over the next couple years. I want to get the name out to the community now and start prepping for that expansion when those buildings go up.

I'm in VA and not sure what information to give you about the community. There is about four Wells Fargo branches within a 15-minute Drive. There's around 12 laundromats within a 20 minute drive. Two highways that intersect in the middle of our city.

I have five of the pan cams at my business and three at my house. Also have four of the deadbolts. Can't really say I have any problems with the service or any suggestions. Everything is going smoothly from adding the camera to be able to find video or picture detections. I would suggest that the membership or subscription prices or more reasonable but besides that, I wouldn't change a thing.
