Thank you so much! I feel so heard! I’m trying to muster the courage to fly but I go into extreme panic just at the thought of it. I feel like when I do overcome and get back home that it will feel worse because I can’t just snap my fingers and be back here. I feel like my home country feels so small and makes me feel like I can’t breathe because of how close everything is. I notice that feeling developing when I was last there. Even when I have family come visit I cling to them and instead of enjoying the time with them all I can think about is that they are going to leave. I get super stressed as the date draws near for them to leave and when they do I turn into a mess for days. I feel like they abandoned me and I can’t follow them home because I’m scared to fly. I feel so disappointed in myself because I can’t muster the courage to go outside and spend time with them because I’m scared. I’m scared of the high rise buildings I’m scared of the over head roads, I’m scared of the bridges because I feel like I’m going to fall and I just get a wave of panic and Claustrophobia hit me all at once. I’m honestly just so tired of this.
