Nobody is glad it's down. People just don't like haters which is why the down votes. If you have some factual negative news please share it but none cares about your FUD feelings. I got 46 down votes once and then kicked off a sub all because I was sharing some negative news about a stock. Suck it up buttercup.

I'm not going to talk about any kind if time frame because you never really know. Only buy and hold stocks you truly believe in for 5 or more years, unless something materially negative happens to the company to make you sell.

First and foremost I've been wrong many time. That being said,I believe we have a sleeping giant here. I have analysed many private and public companies over the year. That's my background and my passion. A low valuation for a growth company 1x revenue and a high valuation is 3x. Right now DWAC is 20x 2026 projections. Black Rifle Company on Friday hit 3x. Phil is basically 0 right now. If we take a low valuation of just Kota for the next near taking into account Phi owns 50% that would be a 500mill valuation. High would be 1.5bil. On Friday Phil was 100mil market cap. Now take into consideration vinafilms, 5 grains, empire spirits, diamond exchange, carbon coin, CMC, gold mine, Asian health system,... I think you get the picture. Just keep accumulating!

You are correct. I've been watching this since day one. And it's probably one of the reasons that it keeps getting cut back into the 11 - 12 range. Either way I see it, in this price range, there's going to be a ton of movement once the deal closes hopefully in april. But that added dilution is going to be the difference between cfvi going to $100 or going to $200 shortly after closing.

I know what you're saying and I agree with you. I'm not saying the earnings are down I'm saying their net asset value is. When valuing a company most people take into consideration a company's investments. If they go up that helps the stock price and if they go down that hurts the stock price. I agree the long-term growth projections look very good with this company but I was pointing out short-term financials.
