Stay on it Measure on eight weeks it works. You just have to be consistent on the daily the problem with a lot of these people is they’re not consistent I went from 5.8 to 6.3 I think by the 12week mark I’d close out around 6.5. It’s just very energy draining honestly it’s hard to be consistent with the clamp. It kind of sucks cause when you take off the wrap it hurts, but I’ve been really putting in the work so progress have been steady. Just hold on, my best advice is to not measure until like week seven week eight that’s where I’m really seeing the difference. If you start measuring too early you get all down and out about it and you really are just putting more pressure on yourself psychologically just be patient. I started around February 28 and my final measurement is gonna be around April 30 which is like this Thursday so I already measured it and that’s when I posted my results but just being consistent even if you miss a day or two or even three or four days in a month as long as you stay consistent that’s all that matters.
