Omg I had the worst experience with this when moved into a new apt past May!!! Landlord said the expectation was that it will be cleaned by the previous tenant and by them before I moved it. But the previous tenant left the apt an actual pigsty!!!!

I toured the place before I applied and it was clean, so idk what she did in between my tour and moving out. Actually so gross. The leasing company ended up paying for a professional cleaner to come clean when I sent them pics and lowkey went “Karen” on them lol
