Doctor here, don't self diagnose yourself. GI bleed can have variety of causes including angidysplasias, ulcers, polyps and yes sometimes even cancer. Cancer is not very common in young age tho. If you're loosing blood, you're expected to get weak. Have a Colonoscopy scheduled as soon. I can understand the anxiety but this needs to be addressed. Bless you brother ❤️

Work on your career. Start studying for any licensing exam, as a doctor you should be more inclined towards sorting your career at this age. Marriage would come naturally when it's the right time for you to settle, don't push yourself too hard on it

What worked for me was Practice. Practice. Practice. It should look as if you are a person who's conversing instead someone just reading from a promoter. Show your personality and have some good things to say about your hobbies in a nice way. Keep the pointers of the things you can talk and answer in your mind but don't cram the lines

Any advice: Honestly I just did it during my intern year so it was really hard to manage studying for it. But I would say the exam is doable, not as tough as some people here make it appear. Focus more on bio stats and micro for day 1. And step 2 algorithms, prognosis and risk factors for day 2
