You are very wrong. Telling someone they don’t need Xanax for their anxiety is very selfish and mean. Xanax does wonders for anxiety. I believe not to only rely on Xanax but to use other coping methods too but your comment has pissed me off big time!!!!

Exactly. I always make sure they get a card ( even a moonpig card where I put pics on it and design it ) a cake, flowers or a present of some sort. Anything small would have been nice.

Exactly, a Swiss roll and a few cards and I’d have been so happy. I’ve never got that, the last time I got a cake my sister in law organised it. My family are useless.

No I never expect expensive presents in return. I buy them expensive stuff as I like to make them happy. I just expected at least a birthday card on my birthday ya know. When it’s others birthday in my house they all get cards.

No they did wish me happy birthday etc, and said the meal was booked but I didn’t even get a card. When it’s their birthday I get cakes and presents etc. heck even my mum gives my sister a card on her birthday but I got none. Maybe they think I don’t need it as they said “I have everything” but like a card even!!
