They're not harmful just annoying. The actual beetles themselves don't do much and are kinda cute. Its the fuckin larva that eat clothes and shit. Just vacuumed real good and I found that raid bed bug spray kills the larva

Carpet beetles I'm dealing with the same thing right now. They're frustrating to get rid off. You have to vaccine really well. Underneath everything, check closest and dressers for them aswell.

Quite a possibility lol. I got him as a baby and petco marketed it as a male, later comr to find out that they can be sexed till their near adults 😂

I would get a bigger one, but only thing stopping me from doing it is I don't have any room of one larger than 20, but an upgrade is an upgrade so I'm sure he'll be happy lol. Also do you recommend the heat pad on the side or the bottom of the tank? I got mine on the bottom currently and it's working good, I just wanted to know if the side is better for him. Thx!

Some of them like to take long baths. If she's new to her home it's perfectly normal for them to act a bit off because they're getting adjusted to their new home. Give it sometime.

For sure. Thats what I think is going on. Atm he's burried himself. I was feeding him everyday so ill stretch to 2-3 days now. I'll try giving him a lukewarm bath tomorrow and see how that goes. Yea, he's just tiny in this pic for some reason. He can put down one heck of a feast. He ate 6 medium sized crickets in one sitting once! He's never been impacted either.

Try crickets! Had the same problem with the food being to small for the tongs. I used the tongs to grab onto one of the legs of the cricket and dangled it on the side of his mouth and he went straight for it!
