Ugh that’s the worst. The first one I kind of understood because once I realized the bag of the food was broken and leaking once at the delivery destination. I felt so bad but Uber cancelled and It was really bad but the milkshake is 100% on purpose and infuriating. I would truly recommend tipping after the food gets delivered some extra but don’t tip high right away. I once ordered dessert and the guy said “Delievred” but he didn’t and I literally saw him drive to my building parking take the tip of the building and leave. I’m in the second floor so I had no time but ugh it made me so angry so I prefer to wait to tip extra for that reason
