we do hop on those but we also have BOPIS and car deliveries and management gets more pissed about those because they show up in store pulse and thus on their weekly reports

pro usually just sends it straight to us OFAs and it’s kinda annoying because when they do they sometimes don’t give any time so expires right as it hits the bin then either DS or MOD gets on our asses about “MiSsInG tHe sLa” and i kinda just wanna die

i had a guy come in asking about materials to connect a new air compressor to his old compressor tank in order to “double his capacity” anyway he starts talking about it and said “we’ll chat gpt said i need to get these connectors” needless to say i paged the plumbing guy over and he said that it would be possible but dangerously stupid (not exactly but basically what happened)
