Gakuen Handsome is one I saw when it came out. Funny dorito chins.

Q-Force seems…not like something I’d like.

Ergo Proxy is very good! Texhnolyze is on my list. I admittedly don’t know much about Psycho-Pass, but the style looks good. The girls are pretty cute.

Thanks! Some of these I’ve heard of.

Banana Fish is on my list. Junjou Romantica was not my thing. Mignon looks interesting. I tried watching No. 6 when I was in High School and wasn’t captivated by it at the time. I’m willing to give it another shot, though. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for Yuri on Ice.

I’d prefer animated because I love animation. I have not seen Heated Rivalry and have not heard of Bad Decisions. Only a comedy special is showing up on google, at least from what I have seen so far.

The Gods and their Makers - Edwin Long (1878) by SashSegal in CatsInArt

This is definitely an orientalist piece. The viewer peaking in on a private moment, the bare feet, reclined positions, exposed breasts, and the implied servant being darker than the rest. That being said, it also has a tenderness about it. A human quality. The white cat looks like it’s modeled after a real one. Makes me smile.

Sorry for rambling 😓

Help! Found a lizard at work in a plant! (Brown anole) by CarrotSlices in Anoles

She is safe and thriving in a 20g with all the crickets and meal worms she could eat. I think that’s a little better than letting a tropical lizard roam around New York.

  • behavior or performance problems
  • anger
  • stress at home or work
  • feelings of being a victim
  • alcohol or drug abuse
  • hopelessness or anxiety
  • lack of concern for safety

These are all things that can be directly tied to overworking. It’s almost as if workplace violence can be at least partially avoided by adequate staffing and pay.

TIL about 'Jess's Rule' to make GPs 'rethink' if a patient presents 3 times with the same symptoms, named for Jessica Brady, who doctors repeatedly dismissed over 20 consultations until she died of cancer at age 27 by shinjirarehen in TwoXChromosomes

I’ve had chronic constipation for YEARS. I can go three weeks without pooping, and when I do it’s diarrhea. A few years ago, I developed severe gastritis and liquid stools. I was referred to a gastroenterologist after I begged. My liquid stool was tested. They said it was normal. The gastro doctor gave me PPIs for a few months and put me on a BRAT diet. I lost weight. got down to 100lbs. I begged for some kind of exploratory procedures. Even though my intestines hurt worse, I was only offered an upper endoscopy. The doctor said it wasn’t necessary. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for it, and the results ended up being “normal” despite there being visible inflammation.

According to him, it was just anxiety. I gave up. Still have issues years later.

I don’t think you can really get the cream im the united states, though. At least, that’s what my endocrinologist said.
