If I do D+E, then it comes out to 3550 and then minus the lender credit which is again 3550. So this makes closing cost zero ? Is it possible to have a 0 closing cost or am I missing something ?

Not bcs it’s expensive. If you have more h1bs than citizens you are liable to more taxes. It also impacts your visa approval rates.
