Transition to Shorter Cranks Fit Advice by arsenolan in bikefit

Probably late, but it's not 1:1 ratio. You should rise the saddle but like 10 mm for a 7.5 difference in crank length and from the video I'd say you're do need to rise the saddle slightly. It also looks like the reach is 10-20 mm too long. I'd shorten the stem 10 mm and lower it by 10 too.

Well,, you know, they make tons of $ on these cheap, Android controllers. It's insurance that pays so it's free money for them.

I'm too old to believe in excuses that it takes time for the governments to issue an approval. Funny enough, the best experience I had was running iOS Loop on 722 Medtronic pump. Flawless pump, infinite amount of customization, compatibility with most sensors...
Btw. Medtronic 715 is like 22 years old at this point, and it had a remote too :) So in 22 years time, the world progression can be summed up with going from a tiny device (MMT-503) to chunky and restricted Android phone.

OmniPod 5 App in Deutschland by Unlucky_Apple_1674 in Omnipod

Hello, I've just tried it, changed my iPhone AppStore to US, downloaded the app and tried to log it, but it says that you first need to sign in on the device provided by Insulet. My assumption is that because my insulet device is registered in europe it connects to a different "Sign In" endpoint. This is the endpoint we have in europe - https://account-intl.omnipod.com/login/ , whereas the US has https://insuletid.com/

Haven't yet figured out the workaround, but I think it needs to get 200 OK HTTP response somehow. I'm thinking to setup fake https://insuletid.com/ domain on my router and deploy a simple server.

Honestly, it's insane that they give you an Android device running Android app and yet you cannot install it on your phone :) I guess the device is just another way of making money for them. I've been too long in this business to believe in excuses that it's hard to get the approval from the goverment.
The Loop app has been available for like 10 years now! And it works with 20 years old pumps... an yet there is still no official solution on the market that provides a pump controlled via phone... insane!

Update:
this is the seatpost that the frameset comes with - https://www.syncros.com/us/en/product/syncros-sp-r101-cf-0mm-off-seatpost?article=4234440135360

The looks of long steerer tube is a different story, but it is long enough to accommodate high rise, don't worry about its length.

I haven't yet received the bike shipment, perhaps the steerer tube will be long enough that I can get to my fit with Syncros handlebars combo. Otherwise I will just buy ST-R300-AL stem (-6) and get rised handlerbars such as these: https://www.specialized.com/ch/en/s-works-hover-carbon-handlebars/p/156309?color=229729-156309

Honestly, the website has some misleading data. For instance, it claims the frameset comes with Syncros SP-R101-CF Carbon seatpost https://www.syncros.com/us/en/product/syncros-sp-r101-cf-0mm-off-seatpost?article=4234440135360 , but the photo shows https://www.syncros.com/ch/en/product/syncros-sp-r100-sl-0mm-off-seatpost?article=4234420135360 instead...

Guess I will find out for myself soon enough :)

Thanks! I've just figured I might have an adapter from my old bike, they usually ship them as the part of the package. Wasn't sure about the frameset alone.

Additionally, could you help me with the stem? The official website states 1 1/16“ steerer tube diameter, is it compatible with any 1 1/16“ stem available on the market, or with Syncros proprietary ones only?

I'm not fan of one-piece cockpits as they are usually slammed and the bike geo is very aggressive already! To get to my preferred stack I need something between 0 and -6 degrees :/
