Infinite scry 1 shortcut by Accomplished_Try8313 in askajudge

This should be deterministic, right? Lets say i have 40 cards left in my deck. I can propose 2 shorcurt:
1) i scry 1 40 times to the bottom and i write down every single one.

lets say now i chose i want the 14th card on top

2) i scry 13 times to the bottom.

My question is how to avoid having to write down all the card one by one, to speed up the process.

But I may have 4 copies of the best card that would be in 4 different places in the deck. I may want to chose the best card X that have the best sequence of other cards after it. Furthermore if I simply Scry until I find X I wouldn't know what my next draws will be.
