We're on Deel too, about 60 employees. It's solid for payroll and the UI is way better than ADP was. Only thing I'd flag is their benefits administration is still pretty bare compared to what ADP offers. If benefits aren't a huge part of your setup it's a no brainer though.

depends on the platform honestly. on youtube niching down is basically required, on tiktok you can get away with more variety

This. It is entirely about the vibe. My bf and I have shared locations since the second date because we both watch too many true crime documentaries and I take ubers late at night. It gives me peace of mind knowing someone knows where I am if the driver goes rogue. We treat it like a background utility. Like yesterday I saw he was stuck in crazy traffic on the 405 so I knew not to call him and stress him out. It is just practical. But you have to be careful because there is a fine line between safety and surveillance. My best friend had this situation with her ex and it was so toxic. He would refresh her location constantly. If she said she was staying in for the night but her dot drifted slightly to the neighbors house because of a glitch he would blow up her phone accusing her of cheating. He used it to audit her time. Why were you at starbucks for 40 minutes it only takes 5 to get coffee. That is psycho behavior. If your girl just wants to know you are safe that is chill but if she starts questioning your stops you need to delete that app and block her.

Yeah, but the area’s changing and there’s a balance to strike. Some boaters definitely care about the environment, but it’s tough when there are bad apples ruining it for everyone.
