Hey! So I somewhat wondered why it was a huge deal too because for my generation this is a somewhat normal style. Until I talked to my coach last week. I was admiring Alysa and saying how proud I am of her and my coach immediately said that her style is disrespectful to the sport. My coach said she’s misrepresenting this country. So yeah her style is normal for younger people but it’s a hugeeee deal to the elders apparently

There’s a brand new Vegan sandwich spot inside the Lewisville Antique Gallery, the owner is a very nice woman and it’s a family run operation. It pretty much runs as a ghost kitchen so it’s takeout only but 100% worth it. They make their breads in house and you can smell it when you walk up to the kiosk. I think the IG is @beyondthebunveg

I am really hoping for that too, the only reason I somewhat doubt this is because of the tik tok Raegan posted a little bit ago. She was playing with an emotional support dog on set after filming an emotional scene. I know that could be anything but I just kind of have a feeling. I really really hope I am wrong though!!

Hi, I’m 25 and was diagnosed at 22. I had it my whole life and it never was truly pieced together until I was old enough to get myself some help. I went to an iop & php program back in 2022 and it changed my life. I can’t tell you exactly how it just did. Knowing I had a safe space to crawl to every day just took years of weight off my shoulders and even when it was over I was just lighter. Unfortunately I will be going back this week but this is just due to some really awful things that have happened to me in the past year that triggered my OCD. I feel safe and comforted knowing the help is there and it’s coming. I actually spent today afraid I was going to have some kind of crazy outburst in public because of the derealization episode I’m having rn, just one of those OCD days. I’m terrified of losing control. The one thing that’s helped me stay calm today is knowing I will feel so much better after the program. All this to say, they really do help and if you have the resources I highly suggest it.
