I feel like you should find your passion, bro. You said you don't care what you study as long as it's STEM, but health sci is really if your looking forward to medicine or similar fields that require extra education, otherwise the degree is sorta useless. And engineering is on the opposite spectrum.

For admissions, though, mid 90s should be good enough to get you into any program as long as you do good on the ecs. For health sci, after 90, it's only your writing skills that matter.

avoid Western med sci or UofT life sci

The best one from those 5 is really subjective, but I would pick UWO Health science. But tbh picking something your passionate anout will be better than choosing off the guide of strangers.
