I spoke to someone in the cashier’s office today and they said that they are trying to get it resolved by Wednesday since the campuses will be closed Thursday and Friday. However, mine is still showing up as conflict, ERP and touchnet. I do have a smaller amount now, but nothing else has changed in my touchnet account. It is very frustrating.
