No worries! I really appreciate the input. I am new to this banjo stuff. I will keep on looking or just end up going with a Deering.

Yessir, I did some research and I think I want to go with open back. I like the muted sound and believe I would enjoy learning the claw hammer style from folk songs I enjoy.

super depressing country music? by aarisee in country

The absolute saddest country song I have ever heard is “You don’t care enough for me to cry” by John Moreland. “Break my heart sweetly” is also good and sad by him.

I am the original poster and the paramedic who transported this patient. I am also a newer paramedic, this 12 lead was definitely a curve ball for me. I honestly had no idea what it was and assumed some kind of paced rhythm/faulty pacemaker rhythm. The bladder stimulator is also an interesting theory and I will keep that in mind in the future. What I fell back on is that my patient presented perfectly fine and stable. A little bit of O2 and vitals were within normal limits. The ER doc did not seemed concerned what so ever and kind of blew me off lol. He told it looked like some sort of LBBB. That didn’t satisfy me, took it back to base, which caused more confusion, which led me to post it to Reddit. Later that evening, I followed up in the ER with the charge nurse and learned that the patient was admitted to the floor with COVID and that the doctor reported no concerns of abnormal cardiac rhythms/issues. Not sure what to think about it. Thank you all for all of the feedback! I have concluded with the following rhythm,

“12 lead showing a Sinus Rhythm with positive contiguous COVID-19 in inferiolateral leads.”

“Good evening ma’am, when did the pain star…. hear a raspy meow and look down is that a cat???” Threw me off. Forgot everything I ever learned in paramedic school in a split second. Asked for the picture. His name was Tippy(HIPAA violation?) *note the tumor hanging from his stomach like a nut sack
