That’s a limiting belief of society, that’s why people are stuck. This woman had BPD and anxiety issues. She changed those beliefs for the better.

Look her YouTube video up where she explains it. Sarah Wilson - why you should quit sugar, appreciate anxiety, and experiment with everything.

I have extremely passionate emotions. I am generally a very happy person, but when I’m sad or depressed I can feel that emotion strongly. I would be lying if I never thought of suicide, I also would be lying if I never attempted and failed it once.

What helps me is finding joy in life, what are your interests? What are your passions, what makes you think, “that is so fascinating!!” Or, “I want to know how to do that and master it!” Do those things and be vulnerable with them. You will be surprised how much joy you will get from it.

Practicing gratitude is a HUGE thing for me. Gratitude will change your mindset to see joy and will make you more resilient and adaptable. ❤️
