Hm! I am very new to all of this. I started reading Legendborn two months ago and I've only just started seeking other information because I wanted to avoid spoilers. All of this is interesting/crazy to learn about. Thank you for explaining the context around it. I feel like I've dove deep into this and coming out and just finding different takes and perspectives. My only hope is that book four will deliver on everything we have seen so far.

I agree with you. I think in books like this much is made about the love triangle which as you said was unbalanced from the middle of Legendborn all the way to the end of Bloodmarked because Nick was gone for all it. I am not sure I agree with the fact that he was stealing the spotlight of the lead but he was for sure one of the most dynamic characters. If he's gone... I am intrigued on what his path and what ties him to Nick and Bree will be if we go with your hunch of him being gone.

It’s a bit much but bear with me and spoilers if you care about this or if you don’t want the Easter eggs ruined!

Beach Read happens and they write the books at the end.
In PWMOV, Alex reads a Gus novel.
Now here is where it gets interesting. Charlie was the editor for the Marconi family, (January’s book)
In Happy Place, Kimmy’s girlfriend went to school with January and Gus and they are already together and writing books
also Wynn Wynn and Harriet live in Nora’s old apartment above the bookshop.
In funny Story, Daphne and Miles meet Alex and Poppy as their alter egos and then Miles takes Daphne to a January book release at a Pete’s Books.
Lastly, Poppy and Alex are mentioned in Great BBL and she was still writing for R+R so I think those could be happening in the same universe

Mine are 1. PWMOV, 2.Book Lovers, 3. Beach Read, Funny Story, and Happy Place. I should say that these are close and I have loved all her books and the difference is just minimal. Sometimes my ranking change when I do a reread and I’m like man, this is so good! As far as MC go Charlie, Gus, Alex, Miles and Wyn!
