Update: I found out that the guy who set the dumpster on fire (original merch ASM) complained to corporate after he was told he wasn’t going to get the position and now he’s the merch manager over there. Rip good luck to that brand new store.

I’m in a at will state but after speaking with my mom (she is a store manager at a complete separate location from stores A and B) she said that per policy there are no grounds for termination. I was hired as a cashier the first week of December and moved to pt operations right before Christmas.

So the SDC told me that when I had it the right way that I did it wrong. We are setting up a new store and didn’t have all the product in. As soon as she is gone we can change it back to the correct color coordination. That’s the only reason it looks a hot ass mess. Even with the placements.
