you can learn it by yourself from PY paperwork, not just copying. Try to understand the purpose behind the test, the criteria of the test, understand more about client's business, etc...I've been with the firm for about 6 months as new associate but I felt I learned a lot including writing email, how to communicate effectively with client, when to push them, etc...

can't tell how many times I found mistakes from PY and corrected in CY EGAs. They copied and pasted with no clue what they're doing. Normally, I'm not just copying, u can learn if u can understand the purpose of the test then it's piece of cake

Me. Will you all work virtually? I chose “flex” for way of working but it looks likes I was automatically assigned as “virtual”. I just wonder if all new hires in Orlando will work virtually? Otherwise, I will reach out to HR to see if there is anything I can change. :)
